Section 33A(1) in Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Adhiniyam, 1964
(1)Where the Director, on a complaint made to him or otherwise is satisfied that a committee has not performed any duty imposed on it by or under this Act, he may require the require committee to performance such duty within the period specified by him.
