Government having directed the Inspector-General and Inspectors of Registration to examine the record-rooms of various courts in the mufassil in order to see how far the rules and instructions on the subject of the punching, custody and sale of stamps are carried out, every assistance should be afforded by Judicial Officers to those officers in the discharge of their duty.
