Section 27(1) in The M.P. Samaj Ke Kamjor Vargon Ke Liye Vidhik Sahayata Tatha Vidhik Salah Adhiniyam, 1976
(1)The Board shall have and maintain its own fund, and ail receipts of the Board shall be carried thereto and all payments by the Board shall be made therefrom.
