Section 21(2) in The Assam Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 1970
(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance as repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the provisions of the Act, as if this Act had commenced on the 2nd day of February, 1970 (date of promulgation of the Ordinance).
