Section 7(1) in West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission Act, 2008
(1)The staff of the Commission shall consist of-(a)a Secretary who shall be appointed by the State Government, and(b)such other employees as the Commission may, with the previous approval of the State Government, appoint from time to time.
