Section 20A in The Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Rules, 1961
20A. [ Mode of communication of classification of non- active member. [Inserted by Notification No. CSL-2014/697/C.R.04/13C, dated 30.8.2014 (w.e.f. 23.12.1961).]
- If a member is classified as non-active member, the society shall communicate such classification in Form `W', to the concerned member within thirty days from the date of close of the financial year by Registered Post Acknowledgement Due, by Speed Post, by hand delivery, by email or otherwise and also by publishing name or names of such members on notice board of the concerned society:Provided that, on fulfillment of conditions, the member shall be reclassified as active member.
