16. Issue of duplicate certificate of registration or license.-
Where a certificate of registration or license granted or renewed under the preceding rules has been lost, defaced or accidentally destroyed, a duplicate thereof may be granted on payment of fees of [Rs. 20.00] [ Substituted by G.S.R. 514 dated 29.6.1989.].
