Section 21 in The Delhi Sales Tax on Right to Use Goods Act, 2002
21. Officers and servants appointed under this Act to be public servants.
- All officers and servants appointed under this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (45 of 1860).
