Section 23 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Rules, 2004
23. Report Period.
- Confidential Character Roll shall be maintained financial year wise and the report period shall be from 1st April to 31st March. Remarks shall not be recorded in the Confidential Character Roll before 31st March except in the event of transfer of the officer recording the comments or the employee himself.
