Section 1 in The U.P. Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983
1. Short title and commencement. -
(1)These Rules may by called the Uttar Pradesh Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983.(2)They shall come into force with effect from the dated of their publication in the Gazette.
