126. Presumption in case of contravention.
- Where any advertisement has been erected, exhibited, fixed or retained upon or over any land, building, wall, hoarding or structure or within a public street or a public place in contravention of the provisions of this Act or any rules or regulations made thereunder, it shall be presumed that the contravention has been committed by the person or persons or their agents on whose behalf the advertisement purports to be so erected, exhibited, fixed or retained.
