(7)The Lokayukta or the Upa-Lokayukta may, at any stage, also permit:-(a)any witness; or(b)any other person,who claims that he is to be represented in person or by counsel, to take such part in the proceedings as the Lokayukta or the Upa-Lokayukta may, in the interest of justice, think fit.
