Section 2(1)(h) in Government of Rajasthan Maintenance of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2010

(h)"Maintenance Officer" means District Social Welfare Officer of the District or any other officer not below the rank of a District Social Welfare Officer designated by the State Government;
