Section 1 in The Assam Elementary Education (Provincialisation) Rules, 1977
1. Short title and application.
- (i) These rules may be called the Assam Elementary Education (Provincialisation) Rules, 1977.(ii)These rules shall come into force from such date or dates as may be appointed by the Government ; provided that the Government may, if it thinks necessary appoint different dates for different rules.
