(2)If it is brought to the know ledge of the Selection-cum-Oversight Committee that any member of the Board so appointed has misrepresented his qualification and experience at the time of selection, the Government shall, after due enquiry conducted by the Selection-cum-Oversight Committee and on establishment of such tact, declare the appointment of such member null and void.
