Section 94(2) in Rajasthan State Highways Act, 2014
(2)Any person aggrieved by a decision or order of any officer authorised by the Authority in that behalf may file an appeal to a Member of the Authority designated by the Authority in this behalf, within sixty days from the date of communication of the decision or order to him:Provided that such Member of the Authority may, if he is satisfied that the appellant was prevented by sufficient cause from filing the appeal within the said period, allow it to be filed within a further period not exceeding sixty days.
