Appellant No.1 Baldev Singh is present in person before the Court and identified by Shri Apoorv Joshi, Advocate.
For the reasons assigned in the application, which is supported by affidavit, sufficient cause is made out to condone the absence. Accordingly, the I.A. No.783/2020 is allowed and the absence is condoned.
Also heard on IA No.785/2020, an application for recall of order of bailable warrant. The same (IA No.785/2020) is also allowed.
Bailable warrant issued earlier is hereby recalled.
Presence of the Appellant is taken on record.
The appellant is directed to mark his presence on 19.02.2021 before the registry of this Court and on all subsequent dates as may be fixed in this behalf by the Registry.
