Section 12(2)(a) in Jammu and Kashmir Nursing Council Act, 2012

(a)if any person applying under clause (a) or (b) of sub-section (1) is entitled to be registered, he shall, on payment of such fee, as may be prescribed, enter the name of such person in the register maintained for the purpose of registration under the Act.
