(2)The Department or the organisation granted a permit under sub-rule (1) above, shall be liable to pay royalty or dead rent or fee etc. and shall abide by the terms and conditions of such grant and other laws as applicable to the lessee or any other concession holder(s) unless specifically relaxed.Chapter - 2 General Restrictions
