In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the interim order passed by this Court on 4 th August, 2023 is made absolute, subject to the condition that the appellant shall regularly appear before the Trial Court on every date fixed and shall cooperate for early disposal of the case.
The appeal is accordingly allowed.
