ORDER
1. Grievance in this application is against violation of environmental norms by respondent nos. 4 to 7, M/s United Marine Products; M/s Sagar Feeds & Food Processing Industry; M/s Quality Foods Seafood Processors & Exporters and M/s Indotech Ice & Cold Storage at Plot Nos. L-28, L-27, 5 and U-10, Cuncolim Industrial Estate, Salcete, Cuncolim, Goa by digging illegal borewells for discharging effluents including hazardous materials. The applicant has inter-alia referred to the order of the Bombay High Court at Goa dated 23.11.2020 in Writ Petition No. LD-VC-CW-184-2020 requiring remedial action.

2. Accordingly, the State PCB may take necessary remedial measures, including recovery of compensation on 'Polluter Pays' principle, following due process of law.
The application is disposed of.
