Section 32(2)(a) in Himalayan University, Itanagar (Arunachal Pradesh) Act, 2012

(a)sufficient for:-

(i)generating resources for meeting the recurring expenditure of the University; and

(ii)the saving required for the further development of the University; it may approve the fees structure.
