Section 110(2)(a) in The Delhi Water Board Act, 1998

(a)all the properties, funds and dues which are vested in, or realisable by, the Board shall vest in, or shall be realisable by the Government; (b) all liabilities which are enforceable against the Board shall be enforceable against the Government.
