249. And for Jain officials.
- Revenue officers should, when possible, allow Jain officials to absent themselves from their duties on the day on which their annual festival "Kartik Purnima" falls, and, as a rule should not fix cases in which Jain suitors or witnesses are concerned for hearing on that day.
