Section 33(1) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003
(1)An elector who has inadvertently dealt with his ballot paper shall deliver it to the Presiding Officer and, on satisfying of the inadvertence, the elector shall be given another ballot paper and the ballot paper so returned and the counter-foil of such ballot paper shall be marked as "spoilt cancelled".
