Section 1 in The U.P. Krishi Evam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1958
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [Uttar Pradesh Krishi Evam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalya Adhiniyam] [Substituted by U.P. Act 29 of 1974, vide see 20 for the words "Uttar Pradesh Agricultural University Act"], 1958.(2)It shall come into force at once.
