Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate appears for the opposite party nos. 1 to 4 and submits that he would prefer to file affidavit in opposition to the revisional application. Learned advocate undertakes that his Advocate-on-record will furnish the Vakalatnama in the department by 4th January, 2022.
In view of such submissions being advanced by the members of the bar, Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to effect service upon Mr. Ayan Bhattacharya, learned Advocate.
As a prayer has been advanced on behalf of the opposite party for filing the affidavit-in-opposition. Let such affidavit- in-opposition be filed within four weeks after vacation, reply, if any, within three weeks thereafter.
