This order will dispose of Letter Patent Appeal Nos. 826 to 835 and 845 to 854 of 2011, arising out of identical orders passed by learned Single Judge.
Learned counsel for the appellant states that the other identical appeals arising out of the order passed by the learned Single Letter Patent Appeal Nos.826 to 835 and 845 to 854 of 2011O&M) 4 Judge, have been decided by the Division Bench of this Court on 15.02.2011.
Keeping in view the above said fact, the present appeals are decided in terms of the aforesaid order dated 15.02.2011.
