Section 10(1) in Delhi District Courts Establishment (Appointment & Conditions of Service) Rules, 2012
(1)The District Judge shall, after considering the report of the recruitment cell, constitute Recruitment Committee(s) in terms of Rule 2(14) for the purpose of making direct recruitment to the vacancies existing or likely to occur during the year in different categories of posts.
