Section 33 in THE MARINE AIDS TO NAVIGATION ACT, 2021
33. Refund of excess payments.
Where the marine aids to navigation dues has been paid in respect of any ship in excess of the amount payable under this Act, no claim to refund of such excess payment shall be admissible, unless it is made within six months from the date of such payment.
