                              UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                                 O R D E R

Copy of letter dated 21.02.2022 by the Bureau of Immigration (MHA), Govt. of India has been shown to us. In terms of the said letter, the petitioner - Mahalakshmi Senthil Nathan has to upload the air tickets on the website/system of the Bureau of Immigration Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by Dr. Mukesh Nasa Date: 2022.02.22 (MHA), Govt. of India for processing the case for grant of exit 16:35:52 IST Reason:

permit of the children.

Ms. Meenakshi Arora, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the needful would be done within one day.

Mr. K.V. Vishwanathan, learned senior counsel for the respondent, on instructions, states that the respondent - Girish Arunagiri will pay Rs. 75,000/- (in U.S. dollars) on the children reaching USA. The said payment would be paid to the petitioner - Mahalakshmi Senthil Nathan within three days of her reaching USA. The petitioner - Mahalakshmi Senthil Nathan will ensure that she and the children leave India for USA on or before 28.02.2022. List on 24.02.2022.
