Section 10(2)(a) in The General Provident Fund (U.P.) Rules, 1985

(a)When a subscriber is on foreign service to an Undertaking located in Uttar Pradesh, the above dues shall be recovered and deposited in the State Bank of India through a Treasury Challan every month by such Undertaking.
