(2)Our twin strategy to achieve the above objective is to remove constraints and to give due incentives to industrialists and entrepreneurs to set up industries in the State. The growing incidence of sickness among industries is a matter of grave anxiety and the State Government is deeply concerned about this. Government will take a serious view of managerial inefficiency leading to sickness. At the same time, due attention will be given to rehabilitation of an unit wherever there is a case for it.
