Section 13(4)(b) in The Karnataka Rajya Dr. Gangubai Hangal Sangeetha Mattu Pradarshaka Kalegala Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2009

(b)When action taken by the Vice-Chancellor under this sub-section affects any person in the service of the University, such person shall be entitled to prefer an appeal to the Syndicate within thirty days from the date on which he receives notice of such action. The Vice-Chancellor shall give effect to the order passed by the Syndicate on such appeal.
