Section 50A(1) in The M.P. Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960
(1)No person shall be qualified to be a candidate for election as member of the committee, representative or delegate, if he is in default for a period exceeding 12 months to the society or any other society for any loan or advance taken by him as a member of such society.[(1-A) No person shall be qualified to be a candidate for election as a member of the committee, representative or delegate if he has more than two living children one of whom is born on or after 26th January, 2001.(1-B) A person elected to an office mentioned in sub-section (1-A) shall become disqualified to hold such office if on or after 26th January, 2001 a child is born which increases the number of his children to more than two.]
