Section 108(ii) in The Haryana New Mandi Townships Building Rules, 1967
(ii)it shall be not less than 12 metres (39.37 feet) from any well, spring or stream of water, used or likely to be used for drinking or domestic purposes, or for the manufacture for preparation of articles of food or drink for human consumption, or the cleansing or vessels with a view to the preparation or sale of such articles, and otherwise in such a position as not to render any such water liable to pollution;
