8. Disposal of essential commodities after suspension/cancellation of licence.
- In situation of cancellation/suspension of licence issued under the Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2001 to FPS dealers, the foodgrains/essential commodities in stock shall be distributed at fixed rate and quantum to the consumers attached to the particular dealer by the Block Supply Officer/In charge Block Supply Officer/Supply Inspector within 30 days of receipt of the Order. The sale amount received shall be return to the licensee.
