Section 9(1) in Uttar Pradesh Motor Vehicles (Special Provisions) Act, 1976
(1)Any person aggrieved by an order under sub-section (3) of section 4 may make representation against it to the State Government, and the State Government may thereupon pass such order as it deems fit and its order shall be final.
