Section 4 in Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971
4. The Town and Country Planning Authorities.
- There shall be the following classes of Town and Country Planning Authorities for the purposes of this Act, namely:-(a)The regional planning authority;(b)The local planning authority; and(c)the new town development authority.
