Section 56(1) in The Rajasthan Municipalities Accounts Rules, 1963
(1)In order to facilitate the check of establishment bills and to ensure that no charge is paid twice over, an establishment check register shall be maintained in form No. 27 in which every appointment shall be entered with reference to the order or appointing authority2under the initials of the Executive Officer, a separate page being allotted to the establishment chargeable to each item of budget. When any change is made, the same shall be noted in the column provided for the purpose.
