10. Other Officers and servants of Board.
(1)The Board may appoint such other officers and servants as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions under this Act;(2)The salaries and allowances and other conditions of service of the officers and other servants appointed by the Board under sub-section (1) shall be such as may be determined by it by regulations made under this Act.
