Section 10(6) in Orissa School Education (Community Participations) Rules, 2000
(6)Vacancies of membership of the school committee other than the Members-Secretary caused due to resignation or otherwise shall be filled up from among the same category of members by a resolution of the school committee following the similar procedure as envisaged for each category.
