Section 96 in The Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002
96. Amendment of section 536.- In section 536 of the principal Act, in sub- section (2),-(a) for the words" or subject to the supervision of the Court", the words" the Tribunal" shall be substituted;
(b)for the words" unless the Court", the words" unless the Tribunal" shall be substituted.
