Postal articles found in course of transmission by post to bear words, marks or design of a seditious character shall be made over to the State Criminal Intelligence Department for disposal. All other postal articles which are sent by post in contravention of section 20 of the Act, shall be destroyed or otherwise dealt with in such manner as the Postmaster General may direct.
