Section 7(3) in The Orissa Saw Mills and Saw Pits (Control) Rules, 1993
(3)The Licensing Officer shall inform the name of persons, with name and location of the saw mill as soon as it comes to his knowledge that the person is operating the saw mill without a valid licence to the concerned Superintending Engineer of the Orissa State Electricity Board.
