Section 5(1) in Tamil Nadu Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2017
(1)The term of Office of the social worker member shall be for a period of three years from the date of assuming charge:Provided that the member may continue to hold office till his successor assumes charge or for a period of three more months, whichever is earlier.
