Section 42(4) in Inter-State Migrant Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) (Punjab) Rules, 1983
(4)There shall be at least one urinal for male workers upto fifty and one for female workers upto fifty employed at a time :Provided that where the number of male or female workmen, as the case may be, exceeds 500, it shall be sufficient if there is one urinal for every fifty females upto the first 500 and one for every 100 or part thereafter.
