Section 9(9) in The Rajasthan Value Added Tax Rules, 2006
(9)Subject to the provisions of sub-rule (7) and 18), the terms and conditions of the service of the in-service members appointed from the Indian Administrative Service, the Rajasthan Judicial Service, the Rajasthan Administrative Service and the Rajasthan Commercial Taxes Service, shall be regulated by their respective service rules applicable to them as a member of that service.
