Section 9(2) in The Maharashtra State Legal Aid and Advice Board Rules, 1981
(2)No Member of a Committee shall be entitled to travelling or daily allowance in respect of any journey undertaken by him other than journey for the purpose of attending the meeting, unless such journey has been undertaken under the authority or in pursuance of the instructions of the Chairman.
