(2)Any police officer who omits or refuses to perform any duty imposed on him by this Act, shall be deemed to have committed the offence under section 65 (b) of the [Karnataka] [Substituted by Act 7 of 1976 w.e.f. 4.3.1976.] Police Act, 1963 [Karnataka] [Substituted by Act 7 of 1976 w.e.f. 4.3.1976.] Act 4 of 1964).
